where did you see the squirrel swimming across the CT River? I saw more than a dozen squirrels escaping to VT across the river this year – never saw anything like it in the last 20 years on the river. I am in the Brattleboro area

Indeed, we saw these squirrels crossing the river in the Brattleboro area, from about 10 miles upriver of Brattleboro down to the Mass border.
